Success: When do I reach out for expanded or reduced GOALS?

ENJOY the rewards of achieving your goals. WORK is a four letter word that if taken seriously will result in success.

The G.N.O.M.E.S. Sales & Marketing System, if employed as an outline or map for your efforts, will allow you to work effectively and to receive the most in return for your time.

If Sales was easy it would not offer such a great financial reward to the salespeople.  And the marketplace would employ order takes, not Professionals.

This system is effective. It forces you to spend time working on your business, while allowing ample time to work in your business. It is by far not the only way of obtaining the results you have set as your goals.  However, you will achieve your goals if you follow the principles of success described in the G.N.O.M.E.S Sales & Marketing System.

Success Is Not For Everyone: Not everyone who reads this will use the system. The reality is that most people will read this material, use it for a week or two then go back to their previous nonproductive system, thinking how great it would be to reach their unwritten goals.  They will continue doing those things that just happen each day that seem important while ignoring those tasks that take focused thought, energy and dedication.

What differentiates the top performer from all the rest?  One thing is for certain, the way they use their time.

G.N.O.M.E.S. will get you over call reluctance, it will keep you from wasting productive time and it will generate the income you want.  You will only make “real money” in sales when you learn how to say NO. Any idiot can promise the moon; only the real Pro chooses when to commit to delivering it. This is a contact sport, a professional game of numbers.

The difference in the quality of your sales career is not based on whom you know, or even on your training, believe it or not.  It's based upon how much desire and intensity you have to utilize all of your power as a person of influence.  After all, selling is not that difficult.  If you just talk to enough people, and you're sincere and you care enough, without any of the skills you're going to make sales.  Everything people do, they do for a reason, their reason. 

Have you heard of the difference between influence and persuasion?  When you persuade someone, you're really getting that person to do it for your own reasons, while when you influence someone you're really getting that person to do it for their reasons and the difference it's going to make for them.  Persuading is you convincing someone, while influencing is your assistance in helping them convince themselves.  Persuading is telling them . . . selling them, while influencing is sharing and caring . . . showing and growing.  There is a difference.

Give yourself every chance to succeed. Without the commitment that this or any other system requires, you may make it in the business for a while, however without the confidence a system like this provides, you will eventually burn out dealing with all the stress and frustration that sales delivers to those who do not systemize their success and continue to repeat it.

If you continue to repeat those daily tasks the same way each and every day and continue to expect a different result each day, you will never achieve your goals. G.N.O.M.E.S. will show you the way to success! Create a Plan of Action, implement it with dedication, work with passion and success will follow.
